Once the drawing confirmed, we can make the initial sample insoles within 10 days, which including the 7 days in mold making, after that 1~3 days to test the mold and make the good quality sample insoles.

For mostly insole mold like EVA insole mold, PU insole mold, ortholite insole mold, the price is $250 per set and completed in 7 work days.

As an insole manufacturer, actually we don’t have an exactly minimum order quantity as we support any small insole brand’s developing.

Usually we have professional retail package for the products. Regular simple package is ploybag, and carton. Customized package are also available based on certain MOQ.

In mostly case, we can make about 50k pairs insoles per month.
